Is a retired lieutenant colonel of the US Air Force. He has held leadership positions in nonprofit organizations as well as a publicly held company. Ramon is author of Strategy and Resilience: Sustaining the Healthy Growth of Your Company Is Your Business (Archway Publishing, 2016). He has a master of arts degree in philosophy and a master of arts degree in public administration. Ramon serves on the board of directors of Women’s Medical Respite and Drew Lewis Foundation in Springfield, MO. He is the creator of the Nonprofit Career Academy.

Director of Real Estate Development, Administration, and Services at O’Reilly Auto Parts, 1989-2021

Was chairperson of the committee responsible for the acquisition and integration of several major acquisitions, including HiLO (182 stores) and CSK (1342 stores).

Developed a Disaster Manual for stores to prepare for and recover from various disasters, i.e., hurricanes, fires, tornados, etc., and led the disaster recovery response for these events when they occurred.

Was awarded the Charlie O’Reilly Leadership Award in 2020.
